ADVENT T9100 PC HELP (UK)

I have got a ADVENT PC it is awfull i have had it for about 20months and well i have had people look at it and its still hell! I have had a new Hard Drive has the
160GB HDD (7200pm) was faulty, and replaced it with a 300GB. I have also removed the TV tuner and the internal modem. The computer worked fine for a couple of weeks but now it restarts about 3 or more times aday, does anyone now why this is? and what the problem maybe?

My system info:
-Intel Pentium 4 Processor (FSB800, 1M Cache)
-512 MB DDR
-300GB HDD(7200pm)
-16x DVD, & DVDRW DUAL
-Geforce FX5500 256MB, TV Tuner

Can't tell with just that information.

For example the power supply could be on the small side, the internals could be overheating, the motherboard capacitors could be bulging, there may be software pests.

The reasons for random boots stretch for miles it seems. The more you tell about the machine, power supply and pest control helps to shorten the list.
