Advanced System Care 3, Smart De-Frag and IObit 360

by colboy7007 / December 3, 2009 11:03 AM PST

The lastest versions of these all have a virus in them and having detected and removed the virus from each none will work anymore. I have uninstalled all 3, but when I try to download them again I am given a warning that your site is a dangerous one. Can you please sort this out as I really need these programs,
Yours Sincerely,
Colin

Are you using Avast as you're A/V?
by Carol~ Moderator / December 3, 2009 10:37 PM PST

Colin..

Which A/V are you using? Avast, perhaps? And was the "virus" Win32:Delf-MZG? If so, update Avast and try to download them again. If not, let us know which A/V you're using, and the name of the virus.

Let us know..

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
