Advanced PC Care Virus Malware

I recently install software name advanced PC care on my Windows 7 laptop to protect and improve my laptop performance. While surfing on internet accidently install advanced PC care and it auto scan my laptop. Its shows me several registry issue and other malware virus on my PC.
while looking on various forums and software website found that Advanced PC care is scam product they steal money and makes fool to users. I also spend 40$ to buy advanced PC care virus product. Guys be aware and don't install Advanced PC care on your machine. From now i am not able to boot my PC even safe mode. Please help me and save my important data

We can't save your data. You've got to do that yourself.

The usual way: do a regular backup. Then - if this happens - you only have to save the data new or changed since the last backup.
The usual way to save data: boot from a Linux disk (free) and copy everything to a USB-stick (if not much) or an external hard disc (if much).

Even if the OS is blown, often files can be copied out.
