Adobe Premiere Pro Error Message

Message: Adobe Premiere Pro could not find any valid editing modes. Please reinstall Adobe Premiere Pro and start again.

Reinstalled it. Still doesn't fix the problem. I own the CD, and it was working before, I don't know what's up and what may have caused this to happen. Please help. Thnx ^_^
