Adobe Muse Templates and "Lock" feature

Hi again all, thanks for all the swift replies to my previous questions. I have a question about Adobe Muse. Somehow the accordion panel won't resize when I drag the edges, whether at the sides or at the top or bottom. In fact most of the items I work with on the interface is never stuck in one place. It's all fixed.

I tried making the boundary lines at the sides and in the main work area disappear which has worked for most of what I use but the accordion won't resize as I often need it wide and short in length and horizontal. How do I make it so all the items resize to the length and width I want them to via drag and drop.

Is there a setting I need to check or disable or enable in order to keep items from being locked and un-resizable? How do I do this and where can I find FREE web templates for Muse or that will work in Muse and do they have to be zipped for Muse to use them?

Someone suggested a site (http://www.musegrid.com/) but they are not free but instead premium. I want FREE. So if anyone knows where I can get great free themes similar to that of those used with WordPress or on weebly.com please go ahead and suggest right now. I am open to all suggestions.

Just to say ... I think themes will make my Adobe Muse website creations better as I don't create my own WordPress themes instead download from sites. I notice Muse themes are scarce by the way. Don't know why. I have seen great and plentiful html themes but WordPress has the best themes hands down.

Anywhere to get great themes that work in Muse that are free?
