this can only be accomplished using images, whether you are using CSS or JavaScript etc. It's probably a good idea to create them in an imaging program like Photoshop.
Take a look at this http://www.allwebdesignresources.com/webdesigntutorials/webdesigntricks/stretchableroundcornerscontentbox.html

I'm using GoLive CS2. And am relatively new to web design. But I get the basics of the program, and have worked with the CSS on other layouts.
With GoLive, can I put rounded edges on the cell corners ... rather than the sharp-edged corners that the system defaults to? I'm creating a layout with a header, 3 columns, and 3 rows down the middle column. Rather than having the appearance of a block grid, I was hoping to make the edges rounded to create a more layered appearance. And be able to show a gradient background behind and in between the table cells.
Same with images. Can I make the border rounded on those?
I have the whole CS2 suite ... so I can edit in other programs if needed. But rather than inserting a PSD to .gif image with rounded edges, I gotta believe this can be done in GoLive CSS with a simple tweak. No? Do I need Dreamweaver for that? Or do I need to create a full page image and slice it (i hope not)?
THANKS!!
