Adobe Flash player is blocked on some sites

Apr 12, 2018 9:14PM PDT

When I open my Union Gas bill and go to my account page my gas usage is blank. There is usually a graph showing my gas usage but all that is there is a grey puzzle piece and a note saying " Adobe Flash Player is blocked. How do I fix this glitch? And that's not the only site I have problems with. I have tried to download Adobe after uninstalling it but the problem persists.

That's either an add-on or a browser setting. Something you did yourself.

If you can't find out to unblock it, rest the browser (but you'll lose other settings then also), try another browser (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer and Edge on Windows 10 are free) or use the same browser in a new Windows account.

Some Sites Block Older Versions Of Flash, So....
Apr 13, 2018 10:41AM PDT

Be sure to update Flash to the most recent version. Unfortunately, you didn't tell us which operating system you're using or which browser you're using either, but if you're using Firefox, try using the offline Flash installer at the link below. Download the installer file to your desktop, uninstall the old version of Flash in Control Panel/Programs & Features, then double click the downloaded file to install it.
Note: Clicking on the link below will immediately open a download dialogue window.

If you're using Internet Explorer on Windows *.1 or 10, the most recent Windows Update for Flash will bring it to the current version. If you're using Windows 7, click on the link below to download the offline installer, uninstall the old version from Control Panel/Programs & Features and then double click on the downloaded file to run it.
Note: Clicking on the link below will immediately open the download dialogue window.

If you're using Chrome, then updating to the most recent version of Chrome will automatically udpate to the most current version.

Hope this helps.
