adobe flash player

Jun 30, 2009 12:44PM PDT

I am missing the flash player plug in. I tried downloading it on Download.com When after I go through all the prompts, the file has found its way onto the software list in the Control panel BUT the file size (1.5Megs) is not listed on the column to the right. So when I try to view any video media on any webpage with video, no such luck. I have tried several times at download.com and youtube to no avail to download this software. I am running Windows vista ultimate, microsoft Explorer 7 browser Service pack 1. I don't have either adobe flashplayer 10 nor the active X plugins. I am using a DSL modem so download speed is not the problem here. any help would be great.

do yourself and your p.c a big favor use fire fox it's so much safer! you just need to add all the Plugins..Iv,e Been using Fire fox for years and there is nothing I can,t do that I have to open I.E For Accept
Windows Updates! I have Adobe even AIR and Shockwave and Macromedia Flash and many others Also if you do go for fire fox at www.mozilla.com
get no script it's a kinda extra firewall and get fasterfox but with it you have to remember to r/click and clear the cache and grab flashgot and what's REALLY THE BEST part of firefox is in tools options you can clear out all your personal stuff with one click cache Too! parrotluver
