Adobe Fireworks Install error

Jun 13, 2009 12:03AM PDT

Hello all! This is my first post here so bear with me. I recently purchased Adobe CS4 Web Premium from JourneyEd. The package was supposed to include the install for Fireworks, which it did not. I downloaded the free trial so I could get it loaded and activate it. The problem is I can't get the stupid thing installed. I keep getting an error code which reads as follows:

Adobe Anchor Service CS4
Error:
Error 1612. The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it.

I have tried everything that Adobe and I can think of without having to pay for support. The help on Adobe consists of downloading and running an application called RoboPDFCleanup which as far as I can tell does not do anything. Any help to get this application installed would be greatly appreciated. I will be needing this app very soon for a Design class I am taking for college. Thanks so much! ~Sue~
