Adobe Acrobat purchase question

Apr 9, 2005 1:02PM PDT

I'm thinking of buying Adobe Acrobat 7.0 and see several vendors offering it for a fraction of the list price. Is this a case of "too good to be true" or are these "basic" versions that one is bound to have problems with and no support from Adobe? Thanks.

There have been several posts from people who lost their money. Is it too good to be true? Probably.

I take it you want to create PDF files? Unless you really need a Business Oriented program - do it for free - get PDF995 and pdfEdit 995 - freeware, with a nag screen or you can register for $19.95.
I use it all the time to combine all those handy pages you save and then keep opening the wrong one, place them in sequence in a PDF and even bookmark them (Index). You can even combine PDF files
