Adobe Acrobat Pro Version 6

I reformat my hard drive twice a year; June and January ...

After reinstalling all software programs -- Whenever I create a PDF file from MS Word or QuarkXpress v6.5, the letter and word spacing created by Adobe Acrobat Pro malfunctions (letters are crimped together and too much white space between words in a sentence as well as in the entire paragraph) ...

Any and all assitance is welcomed ...

It is a BAD idea to post your email address, you'll be spammed.
Since you didn't supply an operating system, answers would be vague. Doesn't Adobe have support. Google will
probably point to more users with the same problem. chuck

As per Chuck's suggestion, you might try the Adobe forums, if you don't get a reply here. You will need to register, in order to ask your specific question. (As Chuck also said, whether it be this forum, or Adobe's, I wouldn't post your email address publicly, for just the reason he stated.)

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
