Are not easy. This is why I'm going to skip advising the usual and ask you head to lostpassword.com for such resets.
If you are using the EMAIL login and don't have a spare admin account I think you need to wipe out and do it again.
Never run your Windows PCs without a spare admin account. Why is the stuff of legends.
Hi all. I am guessing I won't be able to get help for this without MS but I thought I would try (especially with how useless they were on the phone). I installed a new driver for my geforce 760 on geforce experience and it caused my screens to keep flickering in the middle of installation and they never stopped. When I rebooted, the same thing happened. I am trying to use safe mode to roll back the update. Unfortunately, I use my pin to login and I don't remember my administrator password. I tried resetting it via MS website but the accounts apparently do not talk to each other (even though my email is showing on sign in ). I don't have a recovery disk currently. Is there any way around this without the administrator password? I can't believe I am going to have to wait days to hear back after they "escalated" it...when in reality this should be a quick issue I should have been done with hours ago. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
