A couple of suggestions..
1. Download, install, then update the free antispyware program from the link below. Once that's done then restart the computer into Safe Mode and run a full system scan with the program:
Ewido/AVG Antispyware 7.5 Tool
2. I haven't seen this spyware on Vista and therefore, I'm not sure of it's exact file location, but the instructions below should help you remove the problem after editing the registry and manually deleting the file:

Hi there
A friend of mine had some malware on her new Vista system.
I installed Spybot S&D, ran the scan and found the problems and went to fix the issues.
It fixed one problem but the other one (DSSAgent) would not let me remove it because it said i needed admistrator rights.
There is only the one account on her PC, set up as administrator (i checked user accounts) but i couldn't remove it through spybot.
Is there a reason for this or am i doing something wrong as i use XP on my system so not very clued up at all using vista.
