administrator account

i am trying to download macromedia flash but it keeps telling me i have to log on as administrator. contol panel says i am????????????????HELP!!!

Dear craneman,

This problem happens when a user without certain privelages required to install a program attempts to install something...

Can't think of why it won't work... Try "INSTALLING" it with the master administrator account, not any admin account.

really appreciate your help and i did find the problem. my system is too small. it requires 600 mhz and i am only 500. it is a old system i have been babying------maybe a little too long--thanx again
