What OS are you using, I know that with XP, the Administrative tools are on the main disk, though I don't know about upgrade OS's.
Re you problem cancelling print jobs, I had an HP printer, I got rid of it, it was worn out. To cancel any print job, you can do it by opening the printer folder that appears on the Windows taskbar, highlight the job (even if it's printing) right click and choose the [cancel] option, it should stop within a minute or so.
All my "Administrative Tools" do not load (system does not recognize the files). How can I get them to work?
Problem: On HP Desk Jets, it is difficult to cancel a print job. HP says to use the "Services" Admin Tool.
Does anyone have a better way to cancel a print job on a desk jet printer?
