Administrative Icon at log on

How can I have the icon for two parties show up on my desk top at the point of login on so which ever one of the two wishes to log on can simply select there icon and using there respective password to get on board whenever they so chooses. Both users have administrative access to computer. Each time i power up only one person icons show up even though a second account was created.

May I suggest that when you have asked for help, you consider providing the solution even when you find it yourself subsequently. This is for the benefit of others who may have the same problem. If you have not asked, no one has the right to expect anything from you. Happy
