System File Protection or SFP will still step in. If you want to have such powers you need to boot another OS like Linux that will ignore Windows file system settings.
If you want to run Windows, the change you noted will result in a failed OS.
My question is that if I make myself the owner of my c drive (instead of trusted installer) can I still make edits to all the files on the computer even if I am not an admin? Please ask if I need to clarify!
