I sure wish I learned about cnet before I bought a camera from a svp. Dealer gone, phone# disconnected, e-maill no good. Have contacted svp-tech, and customer service 3 times no answer. warranty to expire in feb. want to send it back to svp, but i can't come up with an address and they certainly are no help. It's as if they know that I got ripped off and refuse to stand behind their product. Can anyone offer any suggestions.

Your choice here, but my advice is to shelve it and move on. The SVP discussions here and elsewhere are legendary.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
