address bar on Yahoo

I have somehow screwed up my address bar at the top of my Yahoo home page. There the address bar (the long one that stretches the width of the screen almost) used to just show www.yahoo.com unless I specifivally typed in an addres to be searched. It NOW shows whatever page I am looking at (which I do NOt always need) and, as well, I now have below that another search box called mywebsearch. HELP...how can I get my page back the wayvit has always been????

SOMETIMES with "Mywebsearch" you MAY get lucky and get rid of it by removing it in add/remove programs. I would try that first.
