Elyse, After you unlock your Toolbar look for a dotted verticle line to the left of the word "Address" and put your cursor (pointer) over that dotted verticle line untill it turns into a 2 sided arrow then hold your left mouse button down and drag downwards till your Address Bar appears then release the left mouse button and Lock your Toolbars again.

Elyse, Go to the link below and under the letter "T" scroll down to "Toolbar Repair" and download the "Toolbar Repair Utility" and run it. I'm assuming that you're using Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6. Files from the link below are safe to download & run.

Note: Did you try to drag downwards and also to the right?

Elyse, After you unlock your Toolbar look for a verticle line(looks like a handle) to the left of the word ''Address'' and put your cursor (pointer) over that verticle line(looks like a handle) untill it turns into a 2 sided arrow then hold your left mouse button down and drag downwards or to the right till your Address Bar appears then release the left mouse button and Lock your Toolbars again. This should work.
