You may have done this but seems logical to simply reverse what you did. Here is how I would try to fix it.
In Windows Explorer highlight the desktop folder at the top of the tree and left click on Microsoft Office folder and drag it to the Programs folder. See if it works and If not I have no other solution short of trying to uninstall (may not be possible) and re-installing Office.

My OS is XP Professional. I dragged Microsoft Office from All Programs folder to Desktop thinking that it will create a shortcut on the desktop. Instead, Microsoft Office was moved from "All Programs" folder to Desktop. I want to put it back into All Programs, but I can't seem to be able to do that.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
