Adding Micosoft Office 2007 to Windows Millium 2000

When I installed the program it when smoothly, but when I tried to open it, a message as followed came up Train Engine not responding, and MSGSRV32 not responding, what does this mean?

that windows 2000 or millenium cant handle it because its not a suppourted os
