There's a reason this was removed, blocked and forgotten, but your choice. Hope you backup your entire PC as what can happen next isn't pretty.

I'm trying to do some net send in CMD to a friend, I have to completely disable the firewalls on both computers in order to receive messages. I'm trying to figure out how to add that messaging service to my firewall exception.
