Adding larger monitor

by Dutchman07 / April 14, 2009 8:28 AM PDT

My Gateway system E8D5F50 PC has an Intel(R) 82845G Graphics Controller. I would like to install a larger monitor. Can I connect an Acer X223WBD 22" W monitor whose input connection is Digital DVI-D with HDCP1 to this processor? The connection Interface in back of the processor is a 15 pin configuration. If not, can it be adapted?
Thank you...

Thanks R. P. for the info. The site I was looking at didn't mention a VGA cable and it was the same price. Appreciate the effort!
