Adding Dreamweaver

Is anyone else having any problems adding Dreamweaver 8 to their computer if you have windows Vista?
It just will not work. I am thinking that it is a user error, but maybe Microsoft messed up on something.

You didn't supply any error message to work with but over at http://forums.adobe.com/community/dreamweaver you find the usuals.
