Oct 12, 2007 7:38AM PDT

I tried to install my web cam on my new computer with Windows Vista Home Basic. My previous computer had XP and the camera was working fine. All of the drivers and components have been installed and the computer automatically picked up the webcam as soon as I plugged it to the USB port, but it won't allow the camera to work.Whatshould I do?
