Adding a mail recipient to the right click send to menu

May 27, 2005 11:00PM PDT

Using Windows XP and Office 2003. I have added email addresses (recipients) to the send to folder. I can see them in the folder, but when I right click on an item and click "send to" the mail recipients do not appear.
Thanks for any advice
Maria

the 'mail recipient' choice in the right click menu isn't for a particular person, but rather for a particular email program itself that will open....and then you have to type in the actual recipient's email address just like you normally would in the mail program you use.
