Add /Remove Programs list

I was trying to clean up my PC a bit and noticed something called "CasProg" in my add/remove program list within the control panel. (Windows ME by the way). I can't find it anywhere else on my system. When I click on it and hit "add/remove" a get a quick black window (as if an M-DOS prompt) which disappears as quickly as it appears. Does anyone know anything about this or how I can remove it from the list? Thanks, Terry
