Add/Remove Programs GONE

When I go to the Add/Remove Programs in the control panel, the window that normally displays the programs that can be un-installed is completely blank. What would cause this? I'm not the only one to use our computer so I'm not sure what may have caused it. Maybe some files were deleted that weren't suppose to be deleted?

This list is just some entries in the registry. Some registry cleaners and some MALWARE just empty it. It's not "files." And unless your System Restore is working, there is no restore or fix feature.
