Add/Remove Program Problem

I have been trying to clear some space on my Hard Drive by removing programs via the above. I have noticed that there are about 50 pograms just called "Windows XP HotFix" or "Windows XP Hotfix (SP1) - (See (Code always begining with Q) for more info).

Should I delete these programs or not? What are they and where have they come from?

Thanks in advance,

Ignore and they (should) be replaced WHEN you upgrade to SP2, any day now.
