I assume that you're talking of a file install.log in a programme folder. If that's the case, reboot, open Winddows Explorer, and delete the folder, that should remove the file as well, rebooting afterwards. You reboot before to shut down any programme using that file! Also, check for spyware or malaware.

You find Windows Explorer by going to start>all programs>accessaries.

Richard, press the "WinKey and F" to get the Search menu, then type in EXPLORER.

You should get "WINDOWS EXPLORER", as one of the results.

RIGHT click it and then click CREATE SHORTCUT.

That should put the Explorer icon on your desktop.

Richard52, Click Start/Programs/PCdocrx and see if there's a uninstall entry listed. If there is double click it and see if that uninstalls it. If there isn't go into Windows Explorer (Start/Programs/Accessories) scroll down to Windows Explorer and double click it to open it, then open the Programs folder (C:\Program Files {under My Computer}) on the left side and scroll down to Pcdocrx and double click that folder to open it, look in the right side pane and see if there's a uninstall.exe or a unwise.exe. If there is double click it and see if that uninstalls it. If there isn't either of those your only alternative would be to delete the Pcdocrx folder and then edit the registry to get rid of any entrys for that program or reinstall it again and then uninstll it thru your Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs hoping that the log exists this time.

You could also contact them at the link below by phone or e-mail but Good Luck.

The Samsung RF23M8090SG

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
