I have Windows 7 on my computer. Can anyone tell me specifically how to get to the add/remove program on Windows 7? Thank you very much. user470

The first thing that you might do to make life easier. Open control panel, look on the far right side of the desktop, you will see VIEW and a little bitty arrow, click on the arrow and change the setting to LARGE ICONS, unless you have already done this, if you have not you will see a physical difference, icons, easier for most to find items such as programs and features, which is what you are looking for. Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
