Windows has for decades been hit and miss on nailing the graphic and typography. If that matters, take another look at Apple products.

I appreciate what you're saying, but clearly I'm not going to bin my new laptop and buy a Mac.

I just can't believe that there is no way of making the tile look like the preview with a full sized image, as with other pinned tiles.

Surely there is some extra meta data or browserconfig updates I can make to fix this ?
