Are you installing it to "All Users" directory so Ad-aware will run for "all users" instead of "one user account"? If yes, just let it install the default location then select "Anyone who uses this computer".
I try to install Adaware SE 1.03 on Windows XP pro.
When the program ask for installation directory/folder, I select 'browse' and point to another directory/folder --
On another choices, I choose 'for all users' (if I'm not mistaken)
Then the program start the installation.. but after the installation finished, I notice that it place the program to the default directory/folder (program\lavasoft\adaware)... instead of to the directory/folder of my choice. -- Tried a few times .. still won't install to other than default directory/folder --
How can I install to a different directory/folder?
I know that its not a big problem.... I just curious..
