down ld the 10. ,,tried to uninstall thu windows no work tried pro11 didnt work any idea ,how to uninstall when all else fails

The name and location may vary depending on your version of Windows/Ubuntu/Linux, we can only guess which as you did not feel it necessary to mention it

You didn't mention why the uninstall didn't work. And you didn't mention what you tried with "pro 11" and what didn't work with that.

Anyway, revo uninstaller is free and generally recommended.
