The names and artists of songs used in commercials is not usually published on the company's website or any specific location, so you have to rely on searching the internet and posting on message boards to see if anyone else knows.

In regards to downloading the songs, in almost all cases the music is copyrighted, so you could check out iTunes, Rhapsody, and other online music stores but simply downloading the music would be illegal. You might get lucky, though, and find that the song's author has released it into the public domain.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
