Question

Ad-aware download

May 15, 2012 8:12PM PDT

I am using windows xp 64 bit, I run ad-aware, it asked me to upgrade to the new free version, I downloaded it but it froze midpoint. I restarted my computer and now it freezes, I started up in safe mode and tried to delete ad-ware from the hard drive and and also by using the add and remove program, neither of which completely deleted the program, I dont know what to do next as it says the program is either protected or disk full? It is frustrating as I cant figure out what to do next, please help me thank you.
