Thanks M Happy
Strange that Ad-aware couldn't detect the previous 01R263 update the other day. Also couldn't detect this new ref file 01R264 today Sad
Will just get it manually.

Mornin'...I have the free AVG. Is there a way that I can tell what ref.files I've downloaded? Says its up-to-date but I'm not sure. Also, how do you go about getting them manually? By the way, thanks for all the info you all provide. It's really appreciated!

You're Welcome Happy

the latest reference file is:

AVG 6.0 - 600

if you want to download it manually go here:

http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_index.php and click on AVG 6.0 600 - on the page you then get look for AVG Anti Virus Free Edition.

You can SEE which "version" you have by clicking on AVG Control Center > Information.
