Actually... "ALL OF THE ABOVE"

It is RARE when "tech support" provides me with the answer I seek. I've had all the "complaints" listed and can't help but wonder what's become of the quaint notion that

"If I take your money for something I've made and it doesn't work as advertised then the problem is MINE not yours?"

We, the public, are being fleeced bigtime by almost ALL software and hardware manufacturers. The attitude that pervades the entire industry is "if you don't like it, tough bananas... go somewhere else... oh, and have a good day... click." There are simply too many people waiting to hand over cash for them to be bothered by the 10-20% who aren't satisfied getting screwed.

When we buy software we aren't buying software... we're buying a license to USE that sofware but it ain't ours. What a nifty scam they've got going... once you buy it and open it... NO REFUNDS. So what do you do when you read the EULA and Do Not Agree with their terms? Well, briefly, you just got screwed. If you don't like it, sue them.

Ain't like grand.
