Recently bought ActMon Pro from IOpus Software. The product is not working correctly on a normal platform (W2K - SP4, Pentium 4, 768MB RAM, etc...). I have tried repeatedly to contact their Technical Support. No response. They have no phone numbers listed on their website. Everything has to be submitted via their web form. No response. Has anyone experienced similar problems with this company? Are they in bankruptcy? Appreciate any help.
