Frankly, this is a warranty issue. If they don't fix it, then pack it up and return it as defective.
It should just work...
HELP! I'm trying to get my newly downloaded Active Sync program to sync with my Compaq iPAQ PDA. It will not bring up the wizard to allow me to create a partnership . . . only comes up as "guest." In this case I am not able to sync. How can I bring up the wizard?
Also, in the future, how can I change the settings? Most of the items in the dropdown box under "file" are gray and not accessible.
