Hi ,

Is it possible to install and configure active directory in windows XP?
If not so , inwhich server it can be done and also pls send me the good link for this

To a certain extent: yes. But I'm afraid it is not exactly what you mean:

Using tools like this you can manage your Active Directory running on a Windows 2003 server from a Windows XP Professional computer in the domain.

For AD on the server, I'd start with http://www.google.com/search?q=active+directory+tutorial
