Have you tried downloading and installing the latest driver for the video card?

A CNET review of that system shows it having an ATI video card, you can download the drivers from ATI's web site here,

But double check your system as it may differ and make sure the appropriate drivers for your system.

You can check what video card you have by going to the control panel, click on system, then click on Device Manager on the left menu. When the Device Manager window opens, click the plus sign next to "Display Adapter" to expand it. That will list your video card e.g. ATI Radeon HD 2400.
