Or you guessed that Windows 7 would find all the drivers. If you didn't use restore media then get with Acer to find out what INSTALL PLAN and DRIVERS you need. I find installing Windows from scratch to test your willingness to get the maker to reveal the plan.

This computer was givin to me free by a guy I met. It was brand new. however it was defective and two memory moduals were shot. I pulled them out reinstalled windows 7. I updated all drivers including audio. It shows audio playing in the mixer however no sound comes out of any jacks. tried multiple speakers. is this a driver issue or another defect?
