This is a clear sign that some connection fails when the laptop is moved. That's not going to be solved by reloading the OS, etc. You or your tech would try disassembly, cleaning connections and reassemble and hope this cures it. If not you rarely fix it since the motherboard is usually suspect.

When I move my laptop (e.g. when I put it from a place to another; or when I just lean it slightly) first I notice that my cursor stops moving continuously, it stalls. Soon internet disconnects and also it takes ridiculously long time to load the folders I intend to open. The only solution I've found so far is reboot.
