So Windows lets you enter the password, but it doesn't accept it as correct. That's quite something else.
Now login to the spare admin account you made (one of the highly recommended procedures with a new PC) to reset it. Or boot into the password reset disk you made (another good recommendation, see https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-create-a-windows-7-password-reset-disk-2626295)
if you have none of the two, download ntpasswd from https://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/ (or another password reset tool google helps you find) to reset it. Then make that spare admin account, make a note of that password and store that in a safe place.
Turn it on it goes to the login page but when I enter my password it says sorry wrong password try again
