Can not connect to hub. Tries but says has disconnected. Have changed wireless card but still same. Any suggestions?

Everything was working when bought a year ago however my son dropped it and broke screen. Fixed screen but now can not connect to hub.
No opened netbook and changed card inside. Don't know anything about usb.
