my laptop and power adaptor heats up excessively!
My laptop's bottom panel (where the MS Windows sticker is) gets extremely hot, i cannot put it on my laptop for more than 30 minutes, it start burning my skin.

My laptop's power adaptor gets very very hot. My friends have HP, and Dell laptops, their power adaptor never get hot, their's get warm, mine gets very very hot, hot enough that i cannot hold it tightly for a long time. its on the virge of burning my skin.

Whenever i put my laptop on the table, the place where i put it get very very hot from the top and warm from the bottom.

I have asked acer about this, but so far i haven't received any response.

Does anyone else have any similar problem with Acer Aspire laptops? Has anyone found a solution to this?

Same issues with my Acer Travelmate model..

I have the same issues with my Acer Travelmate 8100 and it is the P4 version.... I find if I elevate it off of the surface I can get enough air to pass through the laptop.

Tomorrow I'm going to try a notebook chill hub that we have here at the store I work... I'll make sure to pass along how it works...
