The problem appeared mostly after upgrading to windows 10. I think its a problem of drivers. Boot fixes after just inserting an old acer recovery disk and remove it after a while.

please see the video. in the past i had a few cases with some crazy screens that were appearing suddenly. now it happens many times when i boot. i put a recovery disk in windows boot and i just load it, i restart and problem fixes.
