I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with this laptop that is offered by costco for $600. seems like a good price but I am not at all familiar with the brand here are the specifics
Processor:

T6600 (2.2GHz)
2MB L2 Cache
800MHz Front Side Bus
4GB DDR2-667 dual channel 667MHz memory
Drives:

500GB (5400RPM) SATA hard drive
8x Super Multi DVD

While the gamers seem to dis the Intel 4500MHD it does run games like "The Orange Box" and others fine.

You have picked a model with some hundreds of clones in the same price range that is "your average mule" of a machine. Nothing special here and a good value.
